Known as "the world's greatest road race", the Mille Miglia is an Italian tradition that began in 1927 as a thousand mile journey from Brescia to Rome and back again, providing obstacles, adventures, and excitement for race car drivers, the automotive industry, and spectators alike. Today, the multi-day format is long and intense, consisting of 375 exceptional cars carefully chosen from among the models that raced or were eligible to race in the historic Mille Miglia Italiano. The Mille Miglia North America Tribute will allow drivers the opportunity to tour 1000 miles of California's fascinating coastal landscapes, wine country, mountains, and valleys, bringing the spirit of the Red Arrow to North America.

The Concours d'Elegance is a weekend packed with automotive attractions, live entertainment, performance and luxury experiences. The event commences with the Mille Miglia Salute -- an exclusive 100-mile tour of the Central Coast and surrounding areas -- and continues with no less than three car shows, elegant VIP hospitality events, gourmet food and wine, artwork, and multiple awards ceremonies. Hosted by the Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club, the Santa Barbara Concours d'Elegance allows attendees and participants the opportunity to indulge in their passions for automotive, culinary, and cultural artistic design. The Santa Barbara Concours d'Elegance is family friendly and a portion of all proceeds will benefit local charities.

The second annual Vino d'Elegance Wine Festival is an instrumental and concurrent part of the Concours d'Elegance weekend. Santa Barbara is the number one spot on the central coast for viticultural events, its climate, social scene and cultural metropolis attracting visitors year-round. The Vino d'Elegance Wine Festival capitalizes on this fame, drawing hundreds of wine-savvy guests for tastings, education, and networking opportunities with other cultured wine lovers.
